  • Updated

What's Changing

Act-On Contacts is an improved way of managing contact data within Act-On. Instead of multiple lists with duplicated contacts, you now have a single All Contacts list. Some of the advantages include:

  • Segment leads & contacts combined, rather than on separate lists
  • Consistent data schema for all contacts
  • Single copy of a contact - no more duplicates and data discrepancies
  • Improve UI for managing contacts and segments, including tags, folders, subfolders, and drag & drop organization
  • Better reporting on the total # of unique contacts and contact growth over time
  • Manage adding/updating contacts via webhooks for easy integration into other systems
  • AI Audience insights provide segmentation suggestions

Now, Act-On Contacts is compatible with integrated Dynamics CRM. Sync your leads and contacts with Dynamics automatically and take advantage of the benefits of Act-On Contacts.

When
