Dynamic Content (new Email Composer)

Take email personalization to the next level with dynamic content. Choose whether a Row is included in the email depending on the conditions you define.

How to Use Dynamic Content

1. Select the Row you want & in the sidebar under Dynamic Content, click Edit conditions.
2. In the Dynamic content builder, enter a name & description, & enter the conditions you want.

For example, show a Row of content in the email about a purchase discount if a contact's Lead Score is high enough:

To set the exact conditions you want, in the Dynamic content builder you can:

• Enter multiple conditions in a group where any or all conditions are to be met.
• Create groups of conditions where conditions in Group 1 OR Group 2 are to be met.
• Quickly duplicate conditions and groups of conditions with  on the right.
• Re-order the groups.
• Remove conditions or groups.

Preview & Test Dynamic Content

Preview your dynamic content in Preview Mode.

1. At the top right of the Email Composer, click Preview.
2. In the Details tab, toggle on Preview dynamic content.
3. Open & close the eye to see the content that will appear in the email for recipients who meet the defined conditions:
