Plain Text Only Email Guide (new Email Composer) Beta

  • Updated

If you want to create an email that only has a plain text version, you can. Most people receive and view their email messages in an HTML format, however, there are still email clients and mail servers configured to accept only plain text content.

Plain text messages contain no images, styling, or formatting, & allow only limited clickthrough tracking and no open sensing.

Please note that the new Email Composer is currently in Open Beta.
For information about the plain text version of an HTML email, see The Plain Text Version of an HTML Email Design
