Add a static location map powered by Google Maps to your Landing Page design

How to Use the Map Content Block

  1. In the Content tab in the sidebar, under Additional content, select the Map Content Block & add it to a row in your design.
  2. Click Manage map.
  3. In the Location section, either leave the Default Account Address, or click Change & then:
    • Select your User Address (from your Act-On profile) or, under Other Addresses, select an existing account address.
    • Click Use a custom address & enter address details.
      If a custom address already exists for this Event block, you can edit it here.
      Custom addresses entered here are not added to the list of Act-On account addresses.
  1. Select the Aspect ratio & Map zoom to display the map as you want.
  2. In Map links, choose if you want clicking it to link to Google Maps
  3. When you have finished, click Add map. Your map will be in your design. For example:

Content Formatting

To edit an existing Map block, select it & in the sidebar, click Manage map.

In the sidebar:

  • Leave the map width to Auto width, or toggle off & set the Width % with the slider. To always show the map at Full width on mobile, select the checkbox.
  • Align the map left, center, or right.
  • In Alt text, enter the text to display if the map cannot be shown.
  • Block options are available to set padding & set a block identifier for internal links. Learn more
