Create a Folder for Sales
You can create a folder with email templates that will show to Sales in Act-On email tools like Act-On Anywhere or your CRM Integration.
To create a new folder:
- Click Content > Email Templates.
- Click on the Plus symbol to add a new folder.
- Type the name for the new folder, and click the Check Mark symbol.
To show the folder to Sales:
- Click Content, and choose Email Templates.
- Click the Cloud icon and toggle the folders to enable use for sales users.
