Recent Chrome update (79.0.3945.88) seems to have disabled using Act-On. Or maybe it's just me. After spending tons of time fiddling around trying to figure out why I couldn't edit/send promos and I'd just edited a promo a couple of days earlier. And I was just going to run a test and send it out on Monday. But nope never happened.

Then I switched to IE and Act-on works fine with that browser. Someone else advised switching to Firefox for best results. I'm trying to avoid a slew of browser just to use certain applications. Perhaps Act-on will figure out a fix or a future Chrome browser update will resolve the issue.

Hmm, perhaps IE's an issue too, unable to load a photo. Guess I'll try firefox. What a hassle.

Hi Keith! We're not seeing any widespread issues in Chrome. Could you please try opening Act-On in an Icognito window in Chrome? If it works there, then your issue is caused by A) needing to clear your cache and cookies, or B) a Chrome extension that might be interfering with our application. Let me know if that doesn't work for you.

Act-on started working fine with chrome yesterday. I didn't do anything such as clearing cache/cookies. And I switched to IE while act-on wasn't working with chrome. Yesterday I gave chrome another try without any issues.
