Editing Links in a Sent Message

You can edit the clickthrough links on a previously sent message to update or replace where that link goes.

Editing a clickthrough link will immediately change the link in your previously sent messages, even for customers who have already opened them.

  1. Click Outbound Sent.
  2. Hover over the message, click the down-arrow > Report.

  3. Click the Clickthrough Links tab.
  4. Remove the URL that needs to be corrected.
  5. Enter the new URL.
  6. Click Save.
