Editing Links in a Sent Message
You can edit the clickthrough links on a previously sent message to update or replace where that link goes.
Editing a clickthrough link will immediately change the link in your previously sent messages, even for customers who have already opened them.
- Click Outbound > Sent.
- Hover over the message, click the down-arrow > Report.
- Click the Clickthrough Links tab.
- Remove the URL that needs to be corrected.
- Enter the new URL.
- Click Save.

Hi
I have done it and it still does not work. how can i do it without sending again the message?

Hi Carlisle team! Once you click Save on the Clickthrough Links section, the changes should take place immediately. Please note that the URL of the link will not appear any differently when you inspect it within the message – it will show as a link within your Act-On account (go.carlisleft.com/acton/ct/1234/etc.etc.). But the destination of that link should be changed.
