You can add a link to your Act-On email that encourages your recipients to forward the message to a friend.
- Email designs that already have this link will still function as expected.
- You can still add Forward to a Friend to your email message using the email icon in the Social Share block - see this article for instructions.
How does it work?
When the original email recipient clicks this hyperlink, they will be sent to a landing page that allows them to enter their friend or colleague's name and email address.
Once they submit the form, Act-On will send an email to that new recipient. The email will contain a message from the original Contact but the email will come from the same sender as the original message.

You can still add Forward to a Friend to your email message using the Social Share block - see this article for instructions.

View the Forward to a Friend List
To see who has received a Forward to a Friend email, go to Contacts > Other Lists > Account List > Contacts and select Forward to a Friend List. Note: This list will not display when it has 0 contacts.
