Errors during Plugin Use
Missing Notifications
Check the settings on your operating system. The notification comes as a system pop-up via the Outlook application. There should be a Notifications screen in your computer's settings that controls how these pop-ups appear.
Login Errors
In order to login via the Outlook Plugin, please ensure your password for Act-On does not contain any special characters. If this is currently set as a security policy under your account profile, this restriction will have to be adjusted in order to use the plugin.
Outlook continues to crash
If the plugin is consistently crashing Outlook, check for your settings for any other plugins that have been installed. Act-On cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party Outlook plugins, and you may need to disable them in order to use Act-On Anywhere.

The plugin logs me out every day and so it is hard to manage I won't track all the emails unless I'm actively checking every hour that I'm still logged in. This is not a productive user experience or tool

I had to reinstall act-on plug in for outlook. Prior to the re-install I was getting notifications and they would stay logged until I removed them. Now I am not getting even the pop-up notifications?
Hi Jennifer - Thanks for reaching out. This may still be a matter of updating your computer settings as the article mentions, but I'm passing this along to our support team for further research. They'll follow up with you by email.
After installing the add-on, everytime I launch new email window, I am getting following error:
To help prevent malicious code from running, one or more objects in this form were not loaded. For more information, contact your administrator.
Hi Darshak! It sounds like your IT may have additional security policies in place that are affecting the plugin. If you've tried the troubleshooting on this page and that hasn't resolved this issue, our support team can help walk you through some other options.
