The primary reason for a blacklist is data quality, so we require that you use a List Hygiene service for your email data before being restored to our shared environment. Act-On partners with a third-party company, NeverBounce, for this process.
Act-on takes Blacklistings seriously, as they can have a negative effect on other customers' sending ability. Therefore we ask our customers to sign an acknowledgement form regarding our email compliance policies.
You can request a quote for cost of list cleanse services and obtain the acknowledgement form by contacting your account manager.
Once you have completed steps 1 & 2 please fill out the form below to request removal.
Our team will conduct an audit process to confirm signature of Blacklist Acknowledgement form and list cleanse implementation are complete. Please allow up to 2 business days for account restoration if this is your first time triggering a black list. You will receive an email confirming your removal from our blacklist remediation pool upon completion.
