By default, Act-On sends system alerts from root@act-on.net. This includes messages like:
- Form submission notifications
- Alerts when an email send has failed
- Alerts when we can't connect to your CRM connector
If you'd like us to use a different address to send these messages, eg., alerts@actonsoftware.com, we can change this for you – just contact our support team.
Note: Other types of emails, such as the invitation email when you add a new user or links to downloadable reports, may be sent from other addresses. These cannot be changed.
