What's Changing: We've updated our email alerts for password resets and we've added a new Post Launch email alert!
Impact to Customers:
- Get alerted to early results from your email campaigns with the new Post Launch email alert, which will be sent 4 hour after your email launch.
- The report includes deliverability, open and click rates.
- To start receiving this alert, click on your name in Act-On's upper right menu, choose Profile > Notifications and activate the Email notifications for launch.
We've also released updates to our Password reset request and confirmation emails:
Who is Impacted: Subscribers to the launch notifications are impacted by the new Post Launch report. All users who request a password reset are impacted by the new Password reset alert.
