Webex Webinars (New) and API Upgrade - Coming Soon!

Our built-in webinar integration with Webex will support Webex Webinars (New) and use Webex's latest API version. We are expecting an early access release in the next few weeks. What is being changed?

The following changes are included with the upgrade

• There will be two options to connect to Webex and they can be used concurrently. User can connect to Webex Events (Classic) or Webex Webinar (New) or both.
• Webex Webinars (New) uses Webex’s OAuth 2.0 service which also supports SSO logins
• The webinar list view from Automations > Webinars page will display both webinar types in the Upcoming and Past tab. Classic webinars will be tagged with an Event label and the new ones with Webinar.
• Webinar Emails have an updated Registration Block with calendar links to Outlook and Google Calendar
