Coming Soon (available to beta): New email alert format for Automated Programs step "Send alert"

Will be activated for customers who previously signed up for the email alerts beta starting on Thursday, Feb 16. If you are interested in participating in the beta, you can sign up here. General release will be in several weeks.
What's Changing:
We've updated the format of the Automated Programs "Send Alert". We've made the alert more useful to your sales team or other stakeholders. All changes were requested by customers via our feature request process.
- We're now including a table of contacts who have completed the automated program step in question, rather than just linking to the table within Act-On (which contains all contacts who've run through the step, not just the newest ones). The alert will include up to 200 contacts, larger cohorts are still available within the app via a link.
- We've added the lead score for each contact (uses the first or default scoresheet)
- We've added a "View Contact Report" and "View in CRM" link for each contact
- We've included the Program name, Step name and account information in the alert.
Customer Impact
Once released, all customers will see this new alert format for their automated program alerts. Nothing is changing in terms of how you set up the alert.
What's Next
Customer feedback is welcome. We are continuing to update all product alerts. Automated program error alerts are coming soon, as are report download notifications, FTP sync errors, and more.
