We're adding several customer requested features to alerts. These include:
- Customize the form alert subject line. For each form, you can now customize the subject line for the internal alert. This allows you to call attention to particular forms and insert personalization values in the subject line.
- Custom display name for custom sender email. Several alerts including the form alert have an option to use a customized sender email (this is configured for your account by technical support). Now, we can add a corresponding custom sender display name.
- New alerts for integrated webinars. If webinar details change in the webinar application, an alert is sent to the Act-On users to ensure that Act-On's landing pages, forms and messaging can be updated. New emails will be sent for Go To Webinar, Zoom and Webex.
Scheduled for release later this month.
All customers will have the option to customize their form alert subject line, but the default subject will remain in place if no action is taken. Customers who are interested in changing their sender email or display name should contact technical support for assistance. All customers with integrated webinars will start to see the new webinar alerts when details are changed.
We'll post an update when this release is complete. We're wrapping up beta testing on the Automated Step Alert email and expect general release in early April. We're continuing to work on additional email alert enhancements including Website prospector content filters and more.
