Font Color Changing Font Size

Having trouble getting a font to stay the same size after I changed the color... how do you fix this?

  Hi Helen, 

  If you're seeing funny things happening with fonts, I would remove all formatting and then start the color and size editing again. There is usually some pasted code that is leftover from something that causes issues such as this. To do this in the Rich Text Editor, highlight all of the text and then click the remove formatting button (image below), then try formatting the text again and it should behave as expected. 

  If you're still having problems, let us know and we can create a support ticket to get more detailed information about the content and troubleshoot further.
