Outlook plugin users who work behind a firewall need to approve traffic to/from several Act-On domains. One of these domains has changed. This was introduced with our API manager upgrade in 2019, so IT teams should make this update now.

Previous domain: restapi2.actonsoftware.com

Current domain: restapi.actonsoftware.com

Existing clients should review and update their network settings to allow traffic from this new domain, in order to continue receiving notifications from our Outlook plugin.
