    Hi François! That's a great question: because that contact was exited, you would need to turn on the option in your automated program that allows contacts to re-enter. However, you would want to be mindful of how this would impact your automated program as a whole, as this option makes entrance and exit data unavailable for segmentation or visible on the Contact Report. It may be in your best interest to create a separate automated program for your contacts who have opted back in if you have many and if you anticipate them all running through the same program.
