    Hi Christopher! Great question! I recommend using an automated program for this, and we do have the option to branch based on segment membership and then send a simple text email within that branch.     Hello Owen. So just to clarify, an automated program need not include messages. A program can be set up to watch segments for new contact records and then act according to the program steps. I just want to make sure I am understanding.

    Hi Christopher! That's right. Automated programs do not require an email send step to work.
