    Hi Owen, thanks for the question! Because this account is new, it's in the onboarding delivery pool. My deliverability team has cleared it for removal and we've gone ahead and created the request to have it transferred out, which should resolve this issue by the end of the day. If you're still having issues after today, please place a new support request and we'll get right on it.
