Salesforce behavior score
I have run into a situation where Salesforce has converted a single digit behavioral score to a triple digit score. Customers with a score of 2 are ending up with a score of 200 in Salesforce. Anyone have this issue and if so, how to correct it?
Hey Jeff, just having a quick look into the SFDC Contact list and the Score field, I would advise to reach out to your CRM Admins and ask them reconfigure the number field for Act-On score.
The score field needs to be Number, length 6 - https://connect.act-on.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026249374#Act-On_Behavior_Score
