Today, we have released an updated version of our SugarCRM integration package.

What has changed?

We have updated our SugarCRM integration package to support SugarCRM version 11.0. This includes the Act-On Integrated Marketing Automation for SugarCRM (now version 4.2.0) and the Act-On SugarCRM Platform Registration Tool (now version 1.4).

Who needs to upgrade?

Act-On customers who upgrade their SugarCRM account to version 11.0 will need to use the most current package versions from Act-On.

How do I upgrade?

SugarCRM Administrators can visit our SugarCRM Installation Guide to download the most recent Act-On package files and follow our installation instructions.

Note that you must first uninstall the Act-On Integrated Marketing Automation for SugarCRM and the Act-On Custom Platform Registration Tool prior to installing the newest versions.
