Use Lead Scoring in Salesforce to change marketing lead status
Hello!
Has anyone used lead scoring to change the marketing lead status in Salesforce and notify sales team of the status change?
I'm thinking I would use an automated program, but didn't know how to go about setting this up.
Appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Hi Veronica! I think you're on the right track with your automated program idea — if "marketing lead status" is a campaign status field, you should be able to simply use the "Add to CRM" step and specify the status you'd like to set.
However, if this is not a campaign field, you may be able to use the "Create in CRM" step with a configuration like this:
The downside, of course, is that you may not be able to update existing records with that field, however you may be able to specify a de-dupe merge workflow within Salesforce once the new records are created. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're still having trouble with this!
