    Hi Sonal,

Thanks for reaching out to Act-On Technical Support. My name is Joe and I would be happy to help.

The best way to do this would be to create a list that only pulls in contacts who have either filled out a specific form, or received a specific message etc. This will create a list out of all of your contacts in your account who meet these conditions. All you need to do, is navigate to Contacts > click on the "New list" button in the upper right hand side of the screen, and then use logic similar to the image I will include in this post.

You want to make sure the drop down for "Setup new list contents" is set to "Locate contacts with specific response behaviors." This will allow you some options to select how you want contacts to pull into this list. It's kind of like creating a segment, but you're making a master list instead of building a segment off an existing list.

From here, you should be able to choose whichever options you want to filter by. You can use the "Add behavior" drop down to select what you're looking for "Filled out form," "Was sent email," etc. Whichever way you want to pull contacts into this list, you can do using that Add behavior drop down.

The only sad part, is the time period only goes in certain intervals. So you can't choose a custom time range. You can either choose "All" or one of the set times like 1 day, 14 days or 30 days etc.

I hope this information is helpful, Let me know if you have any questions behind this.

    Thank you!
