Gated content downloading instantly without form submit

I cannot figure out what I did wrong. I have a white paper that I want to gate.

I created a form, added the white paper in the gated content tab under response page. I redirected to a rich text "thank you..."

I added the form to my landing page and I used the gated content URL to test.

But when I go to the gated content URL - the page instantly redirects to the "thank you" and starts the download. It never gives me the chance to fill out the form.

I tried redirecting to a "thank you" landing page instead of rich text - same thing.

Am I missing a setting somewhere???

Hello Moira,

If you have submitted the form at anytime all future visits should download the media automatically. I would recommend opening the browser in incognito mode and see if downloads the media automatically. If it does please submit a ticket to support@act-on.com and we can assist you further.
