Microsoft is in the process of migrating Dynamics 365 Cloud accounts from deprecated Regional Discovery Services to a new Global Discovery Service.
Currently, Act-On is not configured to use the new Global Discovery Service. Accounts that have migrated are experiencing a disruption and must contact Microsoft as outlined below in order to restore service. Accounts that have not migrated yet may also experience a disruption if immediate action is not taken.

To avoid disruption of service, both Act-On and our impacted customers need to take action.

Please submit a support ticket to Microsoft with the following information:
- Request: June 30th extension from the Regional Discovery Service deprecation
- Reason: Act-On, our marketing automation software that is integrated with Dynamics CRM, is not yet configured to use the Global Discovery Service. We request this extension to avoid a disruption of service while Act-On makes necessary changes.
Next Steps for Act-On:
Act-On’s engineering team is engaged and making all necessary changes so that our product will use the new Global Discovery Service. We expect this to be completed well in advance of the 30-day extension period.
