Hi all,

Is anyone using Forms Beta? So far, I really like it. I'm really excited to explore the if/then options within forms! Does anyone know if you can customize the post-submit redirect page based on a response in the form?

I like the if/then option. It looks like you can you it in two ways:
1. based on the stored values of the person who filling in the form (if known to Act-On)
2. based on the values entered in the form
At the moment i am still using the classic version because progressive profiling is not available yet and the drop down does not show the down arrow on the front end. Makes it confusing for the end user. UX wise i also have to get used to the way it works. Little bit more clicks then in the classic version.

We've been using Forms Labs here a bit.

Pros:
- How easy it is to set up and design the form
- The If/Then options. We haven't explored it yet but will likely be doing so soon
Cons:
- How embedding on an external site works
- We can't use it for gated content

Hey, @Becky Montchal, I don't believe the redirect page can be dynamically assigned at this point. That's one feature I hope is on the list to be added! It would be super helpful for how I use forms.

@Justin Williamson same! It'd be so helpful to give the audience more information based on what they selected... or display case studies for the product they are interested in... the options are (probably) endless!

@Scott Wallace This is awesome!! I'd like to use it on a form that has multiple fields to fill-in. Here is the form I'm talking about... essentially if someone clicks the last option (I'm looking for blank forms...) I'd like to redirect to a landing page that tells them we don't offer blank forms, they're company has sent them to our site by mistake. Would love to hear your thoughts on if this is a good use case / do-able before getting started, because we need to create several assets surrounding this before implementing.

@Marten Hoekstra the 'if/then' function is really cool. I do wish you could choose to display a rich text block or image based on a selection, maybe this will be added after the beta? Currently you can only choose other form fields to display as an 'if/then'.

Thanks for your patience on my response...

In a perfect world, the response page would be dynamic based on the option selected only in that one field (product inquiry). However, in an effort to start small and scale up, I'd like to explore just the one answer displaying a different response. Does this make sense?

I loved the Penguins in the other form - thank you for showing me that it's available!

Hey @Becky Montchal, for the other options on your form should they all go to the same response page? Do you need to do any segmentation/similar from the chosen option on the form? Once I know the answers to these I'll possibly be able to show you how I got the redirects working in the other thread we have going on this topic.

Also, take a look here to see that we can show text/images based on options selected. Excuse the fact the form looks horrendous please as I did throw it together in a few minutes! :)
