Anyone Using Act-on's Advanced Social Media Module -- Have Opinions?

  Yes, we have used it since June 2017. I love the ability to place several social media posts into an overall campaign and have the ability to report on that campaign. It makes it easier to categorize our posts and determine what type of posts perform the best. The only thing I miss with this tool is the ability to set up social media alerts like you used to be able to do with Act-On's native social publisher. I hope they bring it back!

  Hi- Yes, we are just beginning to use it. It seems fairly functional but you've got to set up all of the integrations in order to realize the full benefits such as tracking conversion, etc. Like most of AO the reporting seems kind of limited. We primarily went with it for the ability to manage multiple profiles with multiple users whereas the basic feature is quite limiting in the regard. We like the advocacy feature and it is overall an easy interface although, unless you really need the integrations you can save quite a bit by going with a fragmented solution from another service, especially if you are not going to take the time to program all of the integrations for tracking and conversions.
