Tracking Changes Made To Lists

Kat Dooley

Hey everyone!

Does anyone know how to see when segments (lists) in contacts were last edited? I can see when they were last synced, but we need to know when changes were made last to the actual list criteria themselves. We noticed some criteria changed that shouldn't have and want to figure out when, how, and who might have made that change. :)

Hope that isn't too confusing.

Thanks for the help!
~Kat

This type of log information is not available in the platform (commonly referred to as an 'audit trail').  There are additional tracking applications they have configured that keep application usage metrics internally, but to my knowledge, these do not compile information in a way that is useful to customers.

Maybe try offering the person who did it a Snickers bar and see if they will step forward!

    :-)

    Happy Holidays!
