AO with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Rene Ymzon
Hello, looking for experienced D365 users to chime in.
We're launching D365 and we will be in the testing phase this week.  We used an integrator to set everything up with our processes and install the AO connector.  Now its up to us to find problems and notify our integrator so they can fix them.
The thing is I'm new to AO as well as D365 so I'm not exactly sure where to start.
As an experienced user can you suggest things for me to test?  Especially the must-haves... the things that really should be working to benefit from the capabilities of both systems.
Thanks!

Maybe there aren't any Dynamics users?  How about other CRM users? I'd imagine there are common features across CRM platforms that I should test for?

Anyone else using Dynamics365 version 9?
I don't have access to the Hot Prospects or the Dashboard.

Hot Prospects gives a 404 error
Dashboard gives a blank page [Edit - looks like I can see the dashboard if I run D365 in the Google Chrome browser, hot prospects is still no-go.]

Sound familiar to anyone?  Is there a simple solution?

We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (not yet upgraded to V9 though) but I would be happy to assist. Feel free to shoot me a message a ccollett@ledgeviewpartners.com and I can (try) to direct you to areas to test from Act-On to Dynamics and let you know how we use both solutions together.
