    Hi Lisa,

Beyond your issue, there is a question for Act-On about the autosaving feature, I assume a majority of us is asking for a while, especially in the Cloud and SaaS era.

I didn't face the same kind of issue you described, which scary, most of the time when this happend to me it was because I forgot to press 'save'.

Did you work on your different instances in the same browser window and/or on multiple Landing Pages or content? If so, I would recommend to avoid this as this might be confusing situation for Act-on to deal with different users' session on different instances at the same time.

    Let me know :)

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

We have had quite a few instances when a landing page doesn't save our work. We save as we go, and then click the save & close – and when we go back in to continue working changes are lost. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

    Thank you,

    Hi Cedric,

No this was only open in one session in one browser. This has happened several times. The save button was used several times, and when we closed out of the session we used save & close. When my designer came back to her work, it was gone. In this instance, we lost about 40 minutes worth of work. I'm was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before. Thanks for your response!

I have had this happen a number of times and it is very frustrating, especially when your done tell another team mate to go in and check and nothing saves. Makes you look really silly, makes you feel crazy because you know you made the changes, and erodes confidence in your Marketing Automation Platform.
I have gotten good at making sure very window possible is closed and there are no duplicated browsers of the same page. I OCD check to make sure I didn't accidentally open two HTML or URL pop up windows. Yet this is still an issue and still things do not save correctly and changes made are not reflected (making you do three times as much work). I have also noticed that I will log out of an email and even the entire Act-On system and yet Act-On still thinks/says I am logged on and active in said email. When I am not have have sent screenshots that I am logged out. Thus when my teammate goes into change or check things, they get a message saying I am logged on still, when I am not. Worse, any changes they make do not reflect nor did any of the ones I made before signing out reflect. I wish Act-On wouldn't act up like this.

I've also experienced issues with this, particularly with email, and am currently waiting for a response to a ticket with Act-on regarding the issue.

Sometimes it will save, but when I go in to edit a day or so later, it will have reverted back to a previous version.

    Hi there!
I've experienced this issue and what I do is to clean up the cache memory of the browser I'm working on.
That works for me when I click on 'Save and close' and the tab doesn't get saved neither closed.
    Hope it helps.
Anyway, the autosaving feature and access to revisions to restore them would be appreciated.
    Best regards,

    Héctor Cordero
