subscription management

Hi all,
I just want to verify what False and True relate to in the Subscription Management List. I'm assuming that per contact has either opted out of specific email types therefore delivering a 'False' indicator, and conversely the same for 'True' indicators.

Hi @Geoff Smith,
Act-On uses true and false within the Subscription Management list.
By default, all Subscription options are blank. Once someone clicks the opt-out link and is taken to the subscription management page, then any unchecked boxes will push as false and any checked boxes as true.
As a side note, Act-On ONLY suppresses contacts that have a false value - it treats a blank value as a true for the purposes of suppressing based on subscription management.
I hope this helps.
Have a great day and Happy Marketing!
