Show Prefilled Form Option

Does anyone know why after checking the 'show prefilled' option in the 'embed code' section of a form why even after saving the option doesn't stay checked? Is there a way to confirm that the embedded form is set to 'show prefilled' in Act-On forms?

  Because you have to copy the code in order for it to work. So it resets every time you open it, as the default is NOT to show prefilled.
