    Hi Michelle,

Checkboxes are used to give the person the possibility to select more then one option. If you only want them to select one option you should use radio buttons.

If you still want checkboxes then you need to implement some complex javascript (see https://www.codexworld.com/how-to/allow-only-one-checkbox-to-be-checked-jquery/).

I would suggest changing it to radio buttons.

    Hi Act-on Community,

I have a form with two check boxes. I'd like to set it up so that the viewer has to select at least one box, but is able to select both as well. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,

Use radio buttons and add a third option 'both of the above'.
