Creating a Master List
I want to make one master list for segmentation purposes. Right now, I have two 'master' lists, one for all contacts from sales force (this is to capture all of the people who are part of an account, so we can do customer marketing too) and then all leads from salesforce.
So ideally I bring in one list that has everyone, which I can create a report that has that but I don't think I can have a non-standard report sync with Salesforce daily right??
Or, should I keep these separate?

We often have Salesforce CRM users that want a global master list (including Leads and Contact). This can be made possible by building a Salesforce Campaign. Campaigns can contain Leads and Contacts in the same list and we also have push and pull capability with this list when syncing.

I also have a master list for all emails sent to from Act-On (because we don't pass to Salesforce unless it's a marketing response). This has helped me have a better understanding of what our sending behavior is. Common segments I have off of that are:

Just create segment Email equals ' ' and plug in when needed. :)
