    Nice to hear about the Advanced Social Media module. However, we (and our customers) are more interested in the status of the (standard) social media functionalities of the Act-On platform. The beta-version of Social Listening functionality is removed from the platform and no updates or information seems to be obtainable.

    I  haven't used the social media functions of Act-On in the past (clients have not been very active in social) but may be doing so soon. Based on this thread, am I to understand that there were social media functions that were included in Act-On that are now only available if we pay more for the new module, or is the new module 100% new functionality and the included portion is the same as it has been? Sorry, a little late to the party on this.
