I wanted to let you know about some big changes coming to the Act-On Community soon. On July 1st, we will be launching a brand new site to replace this current one. And that's not all... the new site will also be home to product documentation/FAQs, online support, and more.
What's changing exactly?
The current University and Community will be replaced by a new website: Act-On Connect. The goal of Connect is to provide a single location for all the help and resources you need as an Act-On customer. The first version will contain our knowledge base, our customer community, and your interactions with our Support team – but we'll keep adding functionality over time.
Act-On Connect will be MUCH easier to navigate. You can access all its resources and tools with one search bar, with no need to log in multiple times. This is the single biggest improvement, but the new site will also feature better performance and stability, more tools to communicate and connect with our team and each other, and improvements across the board. This move also supports our internal plans to increase our community participation and to refresh our knowledge base content.
What do I need to do?
We are working hard to make this transition seamless for you. We are migrating all discussion threads, product suggestions, and help articles into Act-On Connect, so your contributions will be preserved and will still be attributed to you. All you have to do is log into the new site when it's available!
The new site will go live on July 1, 2019.
