My company is still very new to Act-On and wanted to manually enter in customer information that was submitted via pen and paper at an event to an Act-On form. We've created multiple versions of the same form using both classic and labs, even used a pre-existing template and what's happening is that whatever the most recent entry is, that entry information overwrites every other entry into the form. If there are ten individual entries, that information gets overwritten with whatever information was the last to be entered. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have a work around? We tried contacting Act-On support, but it's been a week now with no response. Thanks!
