    I am experiencing the same problem. Please remove the default tick and let us choose if we want to check the box.

    This is for the product team. I recently sent an email to ~4000 contacts. When i designed the email, the checkbox for Attach Sent Note was unchecked. When I selected a CRM list for recipients, Act-On checked the box for me without notification. However, this isn't just a note, it's actually a task.  Within minutes of the send, sales people were calling me asking me why they suddenly had hundreds of tasks assigned to them. I had to delete thousands of tasks and apologize profusely to the sales team.  This is a really bad design to check a box that's defaulted to 'uncheck' without notice just because I selected a CRM list for recipients. Please undo this.

    Update on this one: We can change the behavior of this feature. At this time, it's something that you can request from our support team.
