    Hi Janelle,

You can integrate Zoom and Act-On using Zapier. Here's the page that describes how it works:
    https://zapier.com/apps/zoom/integrations/act-on

    Hope that helps!

Is it possible to double post information from a Zoom meeting reg form into Act-On? How is this done?

    TIA!

    Hi Chris and Janelle,
I have used Zapier API integration to connect Zoho with Act-On for over 1 year. Based on your level of security with Zoho, you can achieve cross migration of data into 'Leads' or 'Customized' modules in Zoho.  If one places 'Allowed IP Address' in your Zoho user, Zapier cannot communicate with Zoho any longer.  Zapier terminated Authentication Tokens in their last revision, which was the only work around.

Otherwise, you shouldn't have issues.  You'll certainly need to be diligent when mapping field names to communicate to both entities.  This takes a lot of work and usually requires Excel-based offline work to align data to column headers.  Great time to clean data!

As an option, I'm using Sync-Apps from Cozumi, which seems to be working well with Allowed IP's enabled.

    Good Luck

    Best -
