Sent Note to CRM - remove tick

    We have the same concern. Should NOT be pre-filled...the automatic 'Add note to CRM' check is a big annoyance. Even if we uncheck the box, whenever edits are made to the email the check mark resets.

    While by default that option will be checked anytime you select a CRM list to send to. In the mean time, contact support as we are able to switch the default setting for that feature.
