Hi everyone,

Act-On Connect is live! I hope you find it easier to navigate and can quickly get any Act-On help that you need.

Here are a couple things to know about the new site:

  • You'll need to Follow topics in the Community to get notifications about activity, so make sure to subscribe to any areas of interest. You can also Follow articles and sections in the knowledge base!
  • We have moved over all of the content from the older University and Community sites, which are no longer accessible. This content looks to be working well, but we have identified a few small issues and are working to address them. If anything looks wrong to you, please leave a comment on that article or post and I'll take a look ASAP.
  • My personal favorite feature is the type-ahead search. From almost any search bar in Connect, you will see results populate as you type in some terms. This can be really useful for adjusting your query on the fly, so don't hit Enter too quickly!

    All of the imported posts have the same date, and previous replies and up-votes have been wiped. So this really is where ideas and questions go to die, or just be ignored. It is shiny and new, I'll give you that. The search function only seems to search the body of the post, not the author, so finding your own previous questions/answers means reading through everything because who knows where it may have wound up.

    Hi Mike - I'm glad you're bringing up these points. We're serious about making this site useful!

    • Upvotes on product suggestions are critical. They are not lost, just stuck in transit... we are working to restore them.
    • We migrated all replies to posts, so thanks for reporting that yours are missing. I will investigate. When that's fixed you'll be able to check your profile page and see all your activity.
