Cindy, it's been awhile! I hope you've received this email from us:

    "Hi {{First Name}},

Act-On is upgrading the system that your account uses for File Transfer Protocol (FTP) list synchronization. As a part of the upgrade process, you will need to re-enable this service on or after June 12th for your syncs to continue to function.

An admin user on your account must complete the following steps:

    1. In Act-On, navigate to Settings > Connectors > Data Sources > FTP
    2. Click Connect
    3. Enter a password when prompted, then click Set Password
      • If you know the password you were using previously, you can re-enter it here
      • If you create a new password, you’ll need to update your company’s FTP client to use the password when sending data

Your existing list syncs will be preserved in the new system, and they will resume normal function once you reauthenticate. This upgrade will not affect your stored files or any other configurations in your FTP client.

Thanks for your understanding as we upgrade to this new FTP service, which will provide greater stability and a higher level of support.

    Best,

    The Act-On Support Team"

    Is that sufficient detail? Thanks!
