The product development organization is excited to bring a new Contact Report to the application in the next release (week of October 28th).
More details will be provided in the release notes but here are the highlights:
- New layout and design
- For customers with multiple score sheets, the profile section of the report now allows you to select the desired score sheet to display the score.
- New Score tab provides added detail to which scoring rules are currently fulfilled in order to arrive at the current score for the given Contact or Account.
The new report will be accessible everywhere the existing Contact and Account Reports can be found including from within Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and SugarCRM.
In the mean-time, here are some pre-production mockups to give you an idea of what can be expected.
