This Fall, Act-On hit the road and hosted user group events in Chicago, London and Irvine. Designed to connect customers with each other and with our Product and Marketing Strategy teams, these user groups fostered peer networking, provided opportunities for feedback and updates on product vision, as well as best practices and success story sharing among marketing users.
Some of the themes that surfaced included:
- Customers enjoy coming together face-to-face to network and share successes and challenges.
- The opportunity to connect with the Product team to learn about new and upcoming features and provide feedback on priorities was appreciated.
- There’s a desire for more practical marketing strategy use cases and less theory. Customers want to know what’s working for their peers in addition to best practices;
The User Groups were well-attended and generated great feedback. One thing we heard loud and clear is that you’d like more of these gatherings in 2020. Rest assured, that’s the plan! Our teams loved the opportunity to connect with customers, hear your pain points and priorities and to get your feedback on our roadmap plans and we are eager to continue the conversation.
Here’s what attendees had to say about the events…
