Hi Erin Brennan! Our team did some more digging into the details of your account, and we can see that at the end of December there was a new setting enabled on your account (you can find this in Act-On from Settings > Labs):

The main reason to enable this setting is that some security applications will click View in Browser to test the validity of an email. This should explain the drop in click rates that you're seeing in your reports.

I hope that makes sense – feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Hi Erin - we haven't seen anything on our end that would lead to lower click rates among customers. The fact that the messages are being delivered and opened is encouraging as well that everything is working as it should. Sorry that I don't have any more specifics!

Hi Erin!  +1 to what Chris said... but I'd also love to take a peak at the reports that you're looking that that show the open rate / click rate as we're close to rolling out some improvements to those reports.

Where specifically in the product are you seeing the click rate and which messages / months / etc. are you comparing?

Hi Aaron, I am mostly comparing sends from the fall vs. January, and am trying to see what is considered more accurate - the Reports tab or the HTML tab that has the clicks with the circles. They don't seem to match click numbers. Can you contact me through our account and I could give you some examples?
