Is there a way to report (manually or via the system) who the individuals that were "made known" in the conversion reporting?
What are the actual triggers for counting a conversion? If we add an email address to a list does that count as a new conversion?
The numbers of conversions that we see in Act-On are substantially higher than numbers of individuals we've added to email lists, and our list sizes don't appear to be growing.
Any details on how this works? Trying to make it actionable for our clients.
