Lead Management without CRM Integration

    Hi Kendall, 

    You can do this with an Automated Program. Many users without CRM integrations have successfully done this. 

    First, you need to have a segment of contacts that MQL based off lead score. Commonly the segment is a behavior score of 40+. 

    Then you would use this segment as a trigger for an Automated Program. The only real step in the AP workflow would be to send an email alert to your sales team. 

    There should be a Program Template that you can download and use for this in your Act-On account. To find it go to Content > Catalog > Programs > hover and find the template named "Sales Qualified - Alert (Lead Score 40 )" > Download this and set it up in Automation.
