WebEx Webinar: Remove password requirement for Lockdown Site accounts
Act-on provides a native integration with Cisco Webinar that allows users to create webinar events directly from Act-On so all registrants can be added to a list in act-on as soon as they sign up. Webex announced that as of January 10th, 2020 all webinar events will be password protected, with the exception of accounts that are "Lockdown Sites". We have removed the password requirement for Single or MultiSession webinars.
Login button now disabled when connecting a CRM
Act-On sends a confirmation message via email to the users of an account when the CRM for that account is connected. Previously, when connecting to a CRM by clicking on the Log In button, there was no feedback to indicate to the user that the connection was triggered. As a result, the user can click the same button multiple times. Each click resulted in a connection being created and an email is sent for each attempt. Now the login button is disabled while the request to login is in progress.
Print/Save as PDF fails to save or print an email
We resolved an issue with t "Print or Save to PDF" feature in the email composer.
