Email open rate 100%
Anyone have any ideas to stop an email report from saying there was a 100% open rate immediately after the email was sent? As much as we wish this was true, we know there must be an error somewhere!

We're having some trouble reproducing this issue. Can you add more detail? Where did you see this? Did it persist or update to the real open rate after a while? Does this happen every time you send an email?
